BJØRG JEWELLERY was founded by Bjørg Nordli-Mathisen in 2004. 

Raised in the far north of Norway beyond the arctic circle, Bjørg developed a unique attention to light and form, evoking the vivid colours of endless summer, while also embracing the stark contrast of dark winters.

Always unpredictable, balancing the fine and the raw, Bjørg is known for her use of rough and precious stones in combination with crafted metal textures. Each piece is made of natural and pure materials.

BJØRG strives to uphold a sustainable and ethical practice in every aspect of production. All jewellery is handmade with materials that are 100% natural and obtained in accordance to environmental preservation standards. 

The jewellery has been worn by artists such as David Bowie, Madonna, Rihanna, Jesse J, Lady Gaga, Lykke Li and MØ.
